Due to COVID-19 your stay will be a bit different than usual. We hope for your understanding.

During your stay there are several measures we take in order to minimise unnecessary contact between our guests and our staff to make it easier to adhere to the RIVM guidelines.

Health complaints

It has been said over and over but it bears repeating: if you have any symptoms linked to COVID-19 (fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, etc.), stay home!

1.5 meter

Maintain a distance of 1.5 meter (about 5 feet for those not using metric) between other guests and our staff. Give each other the space and time to make way for each other. How this will be done, practically,  will be prominently displayed upon arrival.

Breakfast

Breakfast is going te be different than usual. Unfortunately our breakfast buffet will remain closed at the moment. We offer an alternative breakfast package for €8,- consisting of:
  • Wheat-bun with cheese
  • White bun with ham
  • Currant bun with butter
  • A melkbox and an orange-juicebox
  • An apple and fruit cookies
  • Coffee, cappuccino and tea
This is a set and pre-packaged breakfast. Unfortunately we cannot take any dietary wishes into account at the moment.

Group rooms

Our 4 persons and 4 to 8 persons rooms are exclusively for guests from the same household.

Hygene

Disinfecting handgel will be provided in the common rooms and bathrooms. During check-in you will also be asked to disinfect your hands. Toilets and showers will be cleaned more regularly. Do not pay with cash but preferably use contactless methods of payment.

Check-in/ out times

To ensure our staff has the time and space to safely clean the hostel we’ll adhere to our check-in/ out times more strictly. Leave before 11:00 and don’t arrive before 15:30.

Information

In some cases we may need additional information about your booking to smoothen the check-in process in order to minimise queues. In that case we’ll contact you beforehand.

Information you may need will be updated here or prominently displayed throughout the hostel.

Facilities

For safety reasons some facilities will not be available during your stay. Our guest kitchen will remain closed and the bar will only be opened to order your drinks.

Yes, we provide towels and bedlinen.

No, unfortunately we don’t. There are 4 multistorey carparks within walking distance.

We have bicycle racks. They are however open air and unsecured. Within walking distance is a secure facility, and it is for free.

From 3:30 PM until 11 PM.

Should you arrive earlier you can drop off your luggage with us.

Weekdays from 7 AM until 10 AM

Saturdays & Sundays from 8 AM until 11 AM

You can check out until 11 AM.

At a leisurely pace it is 10 minute’s walking distance.

Cancellation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancel within the 48 hours before arrival, 100% of reservation value of the first night of your reservation incl tax will be charged. For a no show, the same 100% of the first night of your reservation incl tax will be charged.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. The credit card will be used for guarantee only and will not be charged before arrival.

For groups of 8 or more persons, the following cancellation policy applies:

Until 4 weeks before arrival you can cancel the entire reservation free of charge.
Until 3 weeks before arrival you can cancel a maximum of 8 people free of charge.
Until 2 weeks before arrival you can cancel a maximum of 4 people free of charge.
Until 48 hours before arrival you can cancel a maximum of 2 people free of charge.
Within 48 hours before arrival we will charge the full costs of the stay.
